Boldaji, a city in the Iranian province of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, is undeniably famous for its traditional delicacy, Gaz.

The city has rightfully earned the title of the Gaz Capital of Iran, with a multitude of pastry kitchens making this beloved treat.
